I've been discussing with our Business Development Manager the possibility of running some training for our people who are in a sales role. Helen (who has been in a different LDP session) was wondering about whether we could run the same module for our sales guys with a view to helping them identify how to work with different personalities.

What she particularly likes about the LDP session is that it gives the participants some tips and tools for how to work with the different personalities, rather than just diagnosing/describing them.
